“ Best dive bar in Williamsburg! Lovely staff, real pros. If you're good people, they'll know. Generally a young, mostly unpretentious crowd, but there are a few staunch mature regulars. Pretty much a beer and shot locale, but the bartenders are quite capable of making mixed drinks and cocktails if you ask nicely. Update re: post covid mandate. Suns out, guns and buns out! Always a good time! Get their early to rock the pool table and knock hockey in the back. Always tip generously. They give preference to regulars who tip well, so you'd do well to do the same. 10% is lame, 15% is barely passing, 18% to 22% is sweet, 25% to 30% is what I usually tip because I love them, and I never wait. See how that works? Do this for food delivery guys, too. Food is allowed at Ontario, just pick up after yourselves. And don't whistle or holler at the staff. Try a smile with eye contact, or even introduce yourself like a mature human being: there's no need to flash your card or money. ”
“ the bartender Jared was such a sweetheart! lots of fun canadian stuff here including labatt lite :) ”
“ Cool dive bar with pool table and games; good priced drinks and good service. ”
“ The legend lives on. This is a dive bar. Its not Canadian they dont have t.vs and it is populated with all the best people. If you wear lulumon leggings, keep that on the Northside. This is an industry bar. ”
“ Bartender was super nice. Was there from 8-10:30 and even though he was the only one was super attentive and didn't leave me hanging when regulars came in. ”
“ Top notch graffiti in the bathrooms. Great pool table and drinks. ”
“ Went here so I could absolutely dominate my friend in air hockey (featured below). Atmosphere was dim, bar was comfortably cramped, it was everything I wanted and more!!! *Pro-tip you have to thump the end of the table to get the puck to present itself ”
“ Sometimes you need a dive with a beer shot combo, a cozy booth, a slightly crooked pool table, and an arcade game because why not we didn’t come to Williamsburg to “grow up”. Great bar to meet neighborhood folks who prefer self medicating. ”
